Kaia FIT Santa Barbara is a women’s fitness and lifestyle program which focuses on personalized training in a friendly and supportive, non-judgmental group atmosphere, and is designed for all fitness levels.
The workouts at Kaia FIT are always different, keeping your body guessing and your mind engaged. Our program also focuses on nutrition, centered around a whole-food, nutritionally dense meal plan.Giving you tools to incorporate healthy, sustainable food choices.
Our workouts consists of functional movement training exercises which correlate to real life biomechanics. We do a lot of body weight exercises (push ups, squats, tricep dips), but we also incorporate plyometrics, pull-ups, TRX suspension training, battle ropes, kettle bells, and running. We offer modifications for every exercise to accommodate people who have preexisting injuries .One size does not fit all in terms of workouts and nutrition, therefore, our workouts are for ALL levels of fitness. We have 3 levels of exercises and educate our clients to work in the level(s) that make it most challenging for her. Each person has a different goal(s) and we offer suggestions based on our clients goals. We encourage all women to be the best "you", not competing or comparing to anyone else.
Kaia FIT SB is owned by Beth Wettstein,(certified personal trainer, TRX certified, WPA Level 1), and recently opened in mid 2016. Beth relocated to Santa Barbara from the Northern California Bay Area to be near the water, and combine her passion for stand-up paddle racing and health & fitness. And there is no better place than Santa Barbara for outdoor activity. In fact, every weekend you’ll find us beach-side for our Saturday workout, and occasionally a group of Kaia girls out on the water paddling into the sunset.
